I have had a spinal fusion in my lower back and constantly struggled with pain, numbness and tingling from degenerative disk disease in my neck and spine. I never dreamed I could be where I am today!!! Carol is awesome!!. She customized a program of stretches and strengthening exercises tailored to my needs that have me feeling so good most days I wouldn't even know I have a bad back. No matter how bad you may feel right now there is hope!! Kinetic Edge has made a world of difference for me!!!
Prior to my sessions with Cory at Kinetic Edge I was having pain in my neck, upper and lower back and right leg. It seemed as though no matter what I did, it was easy to injure myself. My goal was to be able to become strong and pain free so I could sleep comfortably in bed and to exercise and walk like I had prior to an accident a few years ago. I also needed to know what activities I could do to "stay in shape". Success! Today was my last session and I am confident Cory taught me what to do to maintain my goals to stay healthy and pain free!
I just completed my 2nd time of using kinetic edge for my physical therapy needs (before & after surgery). Due to my crazy life, I saw Cory, Heather, & Whittney. All 3 were amazing!!! :) They were all very highly trained, very positive, & great to work with. They pushed me hard some days but knew how to make my sessions less stressful (they all treated me like I was family not a number). I recommend them to anyone looking for a place to heal & likes to be in a positive & non- stressful environment. Even all the desk staff were bubbly & made me always feel welcome. I'm glad that I'm healed up but will miss seeing everyone 3x a week. Thank you to everyone for your help with my recovery!!! :)

I have had this problem for 35 years and the VA finally hooked me up right. The staff is wonderfull and very helpful, very knowlegeble about about pelvic dysfunction and how to stop the pain and get on with life.

I just want to say thank you to such a wonderful staff at the oskaloosa facility. In the last week of April I fractured my right ankle. I am a multi-sport athlete, with them knowing this they are trying to get me healed as quick and safely as possible. When I came in I was on crutches and non weight bearing on my right ankle. They have had me do several exercises to help get my ankle mobility back and to help strengthen it. I have done many different lunge and balancing exercises. I am currently able to do a quick jog/slow run. I am trying to get back into baseball, I personally feel like I am close to that due to the staff at Kinetic Edge. Kinetic Edge is a very good environment and the staff make it fun to be there. Again I would like to thank the staff for all the help.
