This is a giant park with rolling hills, a sprawling playground, a disk golf course, multiple picnic areas and shelters, two baseball fields, and a pond. In the last year a bicycle maintenance stand with tools was added. There is easy access to the Mahaska County Recreation Trail which passes through the park as well. Some of the facilities are starting to fall into disrepair but this is really an impressive park for a town the size of Oskaloosa.
Great wooden park. Equipment has seen better days but is still in very good condition for it's age.
Nice park with a fishing pond, local swimming pool and small waterpark, neat wooden playground for kids, disk golf for young adults and many scenic places to relax quietly for older adults along with a 18 hole golf course conjoined. Not to mention the city bike trail also makes a pass through the park.
Great place to play disc golf. Beautiful course.
