I keep returning because I want pizza sit down. I don't know why I keep returning. Yesterday I ordered a favorite and about half the pizza was missing toppings. The tea taste like the line had not been changed in days. Yes, lack of ice cream is a drag for Pizza Ranch, but I knew it going in. If you want it on the bar you have to ask. Chicken was extra salty. I've had bad experience with deliveries, take out, and eat in. Parties are great, pizza bar does not compare well with other pizza ranches let alone other buffet style restaurants. Service is great. Just wish the food was as good as the service.
Compared to other Pizza Ranch stores,this one is small. We visited Saturday 5.30 and there was no chicken and no desert pizza. Had to wait forever and still nothing. Would not visit again.

Definitely not the best Pizza ranch around the area. Ottumwa and Fairfield have this one beat for sure. Need better housekeeping skills (clean tables/floors) you put in special order pizza and it comes out right as you're getting ready to leave.
1st and LAST experience here. We waited minutes before being acknowledged by an employee who was "off of the clock". Also the tables were dirty, it wasn't busy AT ALL. There were not many options at all for food, and what was available looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. Many disappointed guests, as we are all disgusted by the selection.....well lack there of. I will never return, and I hope you save your $10 and go somewhere else! Stay away from this place. Also want to add we ordered a specialty pizza, and the same "off the clock employee" delivered it to our table saying "I don't know what this is, but did you order this?" (It was a broccoli alfredo pizza)....talk about unprofessional. Also same employee ate what little food was on the buffet and then proceeded to leave his empty glass on the table because he "wanted to make sure they clean it"----meaning the other employees....not sure why he couldn't have just got a rag to clean his own mess instead of leaving it to the other coworkers to clean up. Talk about RUDE!!
