My parents purchased a modular home from century of oskalooska in november of 2016. It is now may 1st and the skirting is still not on. They started on it then left and told my 78 y.o parents to find someone to back fill the skirting they did put on.They would not even hook up the central air, said to find someone their selves. Home came with out a dryer vent and they threw a fit when we wanted that installed but did put it in. Do not recommend dealing with these people. Less than satified.
Once they get your money they don't want to finish the job of adding skirting, hooking up central air and other tho vs that need done. Do not buy a home from this company.
